He then attended Plymouth State University, where he was the Captain of the Division 1 Ski Team, competing in four seasons of Carnivals and other high level races including NorAms. He has two children, one currently in the JPRT program.
Sasha Cadariu
Head U16 Coach
Born and raised in New Haven County, CT Sasha began his Tri-State ski racing career at nine years old. During his U16 years, he proudly raced out of Jiminy Peak, where he qualified for Can-Ams, and eventually the Whistler Cup, placing 7th in the Slalom. Sasha transitioned to FIS where he scored his PB of 36 points in Slalom, and subsequently raced on the FIS and D1 circuits while in college. Sasha is also a USSA Level 100 certified coach.
Meg Bates
Megan grew up ski racing in the Adirondacks for the NYSEF program at Gore Mountain. After many successful seasons she headed to UVM where she traded in her skis for her rodeo horse. Ski racing would return as she joined the crew at Jiminy Peak for the 2012-2013 season. She then coached briefly back at Gore from 2013-2018, a short stint at Willard Mountain from 2018-2021. She rejoined the Jiminy family in 2021 bringing her 2 boys with her. Meg is a US Ski and Snowboard Level 100 Coach and a Level 1 Referee. When Meg is not coaching she works as a School Lunch Director and lives with her husband and 2 boys in Averill Park, NY.
Charlie Roseberry
Originally from Larchmont, NY, Charlie grew up ski racing with the JPRT, starting in 2008. He raced for the program and in high school until 2020, when he won a New York State Alpine Racing title. Charlie is currently attending Boston College and races for their USCSA team. He is also an USSA level 1 certified coach.
Lily Abbruzzese

Brian Turton

Brian attended Holderness School in New Hampshire where he raced throughout high school. Now raising his family in the Berkshires, he has been coaching the JPRT for two seasons, and recently completed his level 100 coaching status with USSA.
Elisa Kryskow
Elisa Kryskow was born and raised in Winter Park, Colorado. She was skiing before she could walk and credits her love of the sport for her exposure to world travel, family bonding and a deep appreciation of the cold winter months. Elisa’s racing career includes a number of Junior Olympic podium finishes and, more notably, the title of Women’s Champion in the Tuesday night Bousquet Beer League! Despite her (somewhat) decorated past, she worries that her 8 year old will be faster than her in no time at all.
Lubomir Kaneti
Lubomir is a lifelong skier. In his youth he participated in a ski team in his native country of Bulgaria. This included intense training on the mountains and continuous physical exercise drills year-round. He has three kids who all grew up as members of a ski team and became accomplished athletes.
Dave Beck
Dave has 25 years of experience as a ski instructor and alpine race coach. He is a retired school teacher. Father of Megan (U12 coach) and Andrew (U16-18 coach). Our family has been heavily involved in ski racing for many years.
Moni Kaneti
Moni started skiing at a very early age in his native country of Bulgaria where peaks are 6000 ft and higher. He was a member of a ski racing team for many years and developed a genuine love of the sport. He loves coaching and has a knack for passing his love of the sport.
